SIMONA VALANCIUTE

Simona Valanciute, President & CEO of San Diego Oasis - Simona joined the San Diego Oasis as its Chief Executive in 2012 to facilitate a merger of two nonprofit organizations, resulting in an award-winning regional organization with almost 50,000 members. For more than a decade Simona was a senior executive at The San Diego Foundation, where she worked with prominent community leaders and donors. Simona holds undergraduate degrees in linguistics and business as well as an MBA. She was recently selected for the prestigious Harvard Business School’s global nonprofit leadership program in Boston. Originally from Lithuania, Simona speaks multiple languages and enjoys cultural adventures.
